SERVICE & DELIVERY

Our dealership offers full transparency when it comes to the fees that we charge. Our charge for service and delivery is R6 000. This fee is for every step of the process that involves getting the vehicle registered into our client’s name and onto the road in good order.

The list of costs we incur as a dealership during this process is far more than the fee of R6 000 and a graphic of the actual costs we incur as well as our specific charge for each separate step of the process is listed below. The actual cost our dealership incurs for these services are higher than the fee we charge our clients, and our fee is certainly below the industry average.

  • All our vehicles go through a stringent 82-point AA check. Any defects found are repaired at our cost before delivery takes place. Please note that this test is far more stringent than others in the industry and it acts as a quality control process so that we know that all and any small repairs are done prior to delivery so we know that our clients receive their vehicles without issues.
  • Our vehicles go through a detailed valet process with a high-quality polish to make your car like new.
  • Our vehicles are serviced up to date before delivery.
  • Please take note that the service & delivery fees do not include for out-of-town deliveries, and these must be negotiated separately.

dealers in resolving disputes and in making sure that their conduct is conducive to good faith principles. They also expect
their members to be compliant in terms of the C.P.A and offer support to both customers and dealers.
